2009 Patricia F. Waller Lecture

The 2009 Patricia F. Waller Lecture, held on April 15, 2009, featured Robert B. Cialdini, Ph.D., Arizona State University Regents' Professor of Psychology and Marketing, Department of Psychology, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ.

Dr. Cialdini's lecture focused on discussion of how persuasive communications that employ social norms-based appeals for pro-environmental behavior are superior to those that employ traditional appeals. A video of the lecture along with slides from the presentation itself are viewable below.
